Ipad2 and video with SKYPE and face Time

No. Not realistically. You might see small performance increases during non peak times, but other than that its not really noticeable. Its all about signal strength

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
I've just been away for a few days so was using 3G. Although I didn't use skype I did notice response times in the mornings and during the day were worse than that at night, so I have a feeling that it may effect the quality of the video depending on when you use it. Someone else may have a more definitive answer here I hope.
