iPad Air Bluetooth

I am unable to get my bluetooth to switch on, all I get is the spinning wheel where the on/off switch should be. I have tried all I can think of, including a factory reset. It used to work OK. Can anyone help please?

Sounds like it might be a hardware problem. If you have an Apple Store nearby, they will do a free diagnostic.
