Is it under warranty? If so, I'm sure apple would be happy to fix it. If not... Well, I'm sure apple would still be happy to fix it, for a price. I hope you get your ipad back in order again.

You get 90 days of free telephone technical support when buying a new iPad. Try calling and asking apple what they recommend. Go to this page.http://www.apple.com/ca/contact/ at the bottom right corner,tap the flag symbol to change the outcry to your own. Among other info, the toll free contact number is there.
