Hi
Bought my Ipad2 on Saturday and loving it. Setup the Ipad with new version of Itunes and running Windows 7.

Everything was fine, downloaded some free apps and sync them to my Ipad 2 etc.

Now suddenly when I login into Itunes , the Itunes store is blank. There are no Icons , nothing. I can see my Ipad and my Libraries etc, but the Istore is blank. shows the apple in the bar at the top and in the middle of the screen it says Itunes store.

I logged in fine but still the store window is blank.

Pls could you suggest what I am doing wrong.
New to Ipad / Itunes.

Thanks

I've moved this to the Help section, where I think it will receive better attention. I'm sure someone will be along soon to help out.

Try a restart, and then a reset if that does not work. If you're still having problems let us know.

Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears.

Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.

I had the same issue. For a split second things would show up then bang, white screen of nothingness. I had to remove iTunes and reinstall it to get the store to work again. Good luck.
