iOS updates never appear in the App Store. Go to Settings>General>Software Update to find any available iOS updates.

And I will say I really like it—on Ipad Pro 12.9 (first gen), older Iphone 6s+ and even put it on an older Ipad Air 2 (where it is faster, smoother).
