I have iOS10 downloaded, but it says "iPhone user guise for iOS10" I don't have an iPhone, and want the iPad user guide instead. What do I do to get this?

In the iBooks app tap the featured button at the bottom of the screen. In the search box on the next screen enter a search for iPad user guide for iOS 10. You should then be able to download the user guide by tapping the get button.
