Hi my name is Gabe and I'm new to this forum. I have a question. How do I open multiple web pages on my ipad using Google rather than Safari?

I don't know if I quite understand your question.....you cannot open multiple pages on the Google App, although you can open multiple Google pages in Safari.
Or you can get a different browser app which allows you to have multiple browser pages at the same time like this :-
