Interesting projects using ipad

Really want to get iPads foe my school. Anyone got an idea for a whizz bang impressive learning based project I could "sell" to my head ( special funding could be available.) class are 7&8 years old.

If you think they might be in to some simple programming, then there's an app called Basic! which implements the BASIC programming language but links it to all the iPad's additional sensors - such as the touch screen and position sensors. So the kids could easily write some simple programs - there are several demos there to help get you started - and they can also start doing some simple math programming.
