iCloud unable to connect to server

Updated my iPad 4 to iOS 7.Now when I try to login into iCloud i'm getting unable to connect to server error from more then 10hrs getting same error.Should I reset my device??

Fixed Problem..Downloaded Find My Friends and Accepted from there

Login to Icloud.com and verify your apple account. The try icloud terms & conditions again.
