I want to download photos from PC

I want to take some of my thousands of photos on my PC and download just a few to ipad. The instructions I have had say to go to itunes and click on the logo/ photo button on itunes page. I have no such things. I have a categories box and titles. Is it me or what?

If it just a few, can you not email them to yourself, then open your mail program, bring up the photo, long press on it, then save image?

They mean iTunes on your PC, Not iTunes on the iPad.

Try "Photo Manager Pro", by Linkus, Inc, in the Apple apps store.
