You can't access emojis from the Bluetooth keyboard but if you press the eject button on the keyboard, you can access the emojis from the onscreen keyboard.

You can use the Text Replacement feature in Settings > General > Keyboard to set up shortcuts for your most commonly used emoji and other symbols.
