I am giving my old ipad to my maid but I wan to remove personal information

I am new to this site and would like some help
I am a bit (read very) ignorant about Ipad settings. I have an old model and I would like to give it to my maid, I need help to know what I should remove, please

Go to settings and press General then transfer or reset IPad then at the bottom erase all content and settings.

If this iPad is connected to an iCloud account, go to Settings - your name or Settings - iCloud, and sign out. You have to do that before erasing it in Settings - General - Reset - Erase all Content and Settings, or else your maid can‘t use the device.

After receiving it she can then set it up just like it was a new iPad straight out of the box.
