I have found that hyperlinks in PDF files which have been created in Pages, and shared on MobileMe, are totally dead. They might look like links (underlined etc) but they do not link you to the URL you have defined - or any other URL for that matter. Dead, nada, zip.
Links do, however, work if you save it to MobileMe as a DOC file.
