How to sort bookmarks

I have opened my bookmarks, tapped the edit icon, tapped the three bar icon which allows me to drag the bookmark to a new position, tapped done, and the bookmark reverts to its old position in a couple seconds! What do I need to do to save my change to the bookmark order?

Huh. That's odd. Try tapping Done on the keyboard first, then tap done on the drop-down box. That help?
