How do I use my HTC Droid Incedible to connect my ipad 2 wi-fi only o the internet when wi-fi isn't available? My cell phone coverage is with Verizon Wireless. How much does it cost per month?

I do it for free with my HTC Evo phone.

All you have to do is root the phone and then you will be able to turn on the wireless hub feature of the phone for free.

Just a word of caution. I don't know how true this information I'm getting is but I'm hearing that Verizon and other carriers are cracking down on creating hot spots without purchasing their data plan.
