How do you paste?

I've got the copy sussed now, but I want to paste something from the clipboard into notes, and can't get the "paste"option to show. Does anyone have any ideas please?

Once you've copied something, just go to Notes.

Tap anywhere in a blank new note, and you'll get a paste option in a popup menu.

In a note you want to add to, tap and hold where you want to paste. You'll get several options, including paste.
