I bought this ipad from Amazon,but it would not let me to activate it because prior owner used Find My iphone to link it to his/her apple ID. Please, how can i remove this device from the prior owner's account.. MD515LL/A (64GB,Wi - Fi, White) 4th Generation

You can't.

I'd take my complaint to Amazon. They should not have sold you an iPad that was not properly restored.

No problem.

I know activation lock can be a pain, but if it were easily bypassed it wouldn't be much of a security feature.
