I'm sorry, but I don't understand your issue. Could you explain further what is going on with your iPad? What app are you in or what are you trying to do? Do you get an error code - if yes, what does it say? Is your iPad responding to input or is it completely dark? What generation of iPad do you have, what iOS is it running and is it jail broken?

Again, we need much more information before we can assist. Thanks.

I think he's saying that somebody hacked into his account and changed the passwords.
