Hi - I used macs in the 80's and loved them. I am director of my family business and I run two websites and bought an iPad recently and I am really impressed but very new to this sleek product and know virtually nothing about its capabilities. Want to know more about using the iPad for blogging, reading, mailing, documents so thought the best way is to find out from others. Now my next challenge is to import contacts - mmm wonder if you can do it from Hotmail?

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

I'm not a HotMail user, but I'm sure other Forum members will be able to help here. But I did find that the initial sync with my PC imported all my Windows Contacts and Calendar settings and set up all the email accounts that I had on my PC so that I was good to go straight away.
