Game Centre - disable

Hi can anyone tell me how to disable Game Centre? I do not want to play with friends or have my scores posted here but the log in screen starts up each time I open a new game. I have tried to delete but it won't let me

It says IOS 8 but the same seems to work in 9 as well.
