Good Day every one

I have joined as I am on my travels to Budapest and would like to know if any one knows where one can obtain free navigation app for my iPad 3 64g

You might try Hungary - iGO Primo Lite.. I've never used it so I can't comment on how good it is. It appears to store maps on the iPad which should avoid any roaming charges.. You can download it from the app store.. One thing to note, for NAV apps, you must have a 3G/4G iPad. The WiFi only model doesn't have the GPS receiver built in.
