Free gold issue

Every once and a while I get a notification that says "thanks for you support you will receive 50 gold". When I click to
Receive the gold I don't receive it. Is anyone else having this issue?

I have the same problem, I like this game but if you have to pay for all gold I see no future in this game.

I had that issue as well and contacted CS, and was told that you can the 100 and the 50 once. The reaccuring free gold messege is for the other ppl that play.
