11 AM - time for coffee! Was up all night working on my novel for NaNoWriMo. Still tired, but my kids (aka my puppies Jazzmine and Aurora) woke me up to go outside. Do I go back to bed or stay up? Decisions, decisions...

Now you can make my auntie jeans hedge hog slice?
I cup sugar
125 gms melted butter
Cocoa 5 tablespoons
2 eggs beaten
Good slog of vanilla
Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan add cocoa
Cool slightly then stir in beaten eggs mix .And vanilla
Crush Marie biscuits to small pieces ( not too small )
Mix in to mixture.press into a tin about 3 cm thick
Place in fridge till cool
Ice with chocky icing
And cut into pieces
Auntie jeans hedgehog
Delicious!

Last night for guests.
Thai lemongrass chicken balls with sticky chilli dipping sauce
Scallops with green curry drizzle served half shell
Lobster pasta with green salad
Gingered pears with vanilla bean ice cream
Mmmmm..............

Thanks for the recipe Julie. Funny thing, when I was getting them off the shelf another woman next to me said 'they are great for Hedgehogs'. I didn't have a clue what she was talking about. And now your recipe. I'm meant to make them I think! :)
