feedback on iPad3 and 4 running on iOS 9.3.2

Hello.

1. Anyone with an iPad4 (currently on 7.0.x) and running latest 9.3.2? How's the performance? It will receive very light activity since it'll be my wife's. She wouldn't be playing any games on it. most likely browsing, banking and ebooks.

2. The iPad is owned by my son. We got it 2ndhand and it always had 7.1.x since owning it. The tablet will mostly be used for light gaming (nothing 3D intensive like the Infinity blade series), youtube and browsing.
