Hi, had same problem here!

Broadband is also with TalkTalk Business, updated the DHCP config on the router, so that all devices now receive the Google DNS servers and Facetime now works.

The DNS setting trick works for me, alternatively you can put in 8.8.8.8, 8.8.8.4 - it also works

yes mate it works i have been trying for a while thanks for your help.you made more sense than talk talk they did not even know what vpn was thanks again and also does this mean people can access my settings as i am on a public dns
