Hello All,

I have a question, is there away to read my external hard drive using my Ipad2? If so, what do I need to do?

The problem is that the iPad's USB connector is very low power, so doing this directly is not really possible. But if it's connected to your PC or Mac you can use a remote desktop program, such as Splashtop, to access your PC and read the disk that way.

Does it have to be your HDD or will you settle for a new investment? There is GoFlex and AirStash that solves the problem. Or Flash Drives/SD Cards and a Jailbreak.
