Dropping keyboard issue

Seems even worse with ios 8. Basically can't do ANYTHING that involves typing without having the keyboard drop repeatedly. Causes me to hit links I don't want to go to. This is a big enough deal to turn me off ipad for good if something isn't done...

If you're on a page with rotating ads, forget it. The keyboard will drop everytime the ad changes.

Try resetting your iPad. Press and hold Home and Power button until the Apple logo appears, release both and let the iPad power up on it's own. Maybe even try it a second or third time.

If this doesn't help, restore your iPad using iTunes on a computer. This could resolve the keyboard issue.

If you haven't done so since updating, try Clear History and Website Data in Settings > Safari.
