Technically, the iPad 2 was jailbroken by comex a few days after release.... however, due to the way he did the jailbreak, it would be illegal to distribute it...

At least that's the way I understand it....

I say yes but the big question is will it be battery friendly or slow down the whole device and will the DEVs wait until iPhone 5 is released to avoid a fix on iPhone 5.
There are also rumors going on that future JB will cost some money.
They get my vote on that one.. Why? Then they work faster and better on a JB lol
