Disable touchscreen and/or home button?

Im looking for two Cydia app/tweaks, one to disable the touch screen (so an accidental tap on the screen would interrupt anything) and another that would disable the home button. Anyone know of any?

not sure about the touch screen issue, but the safest tweak would be to don't touch the screen.

for the home button, use activator.
