Deleting iCloud Aps

Aps I don't want and delete still remain in the Cloud. Is there a way of permanently deleting them as updates still appear which is annoying?

Apps you purchased/downloaded once will stay in your App Store - Purchased tab. They can't be deleted from there, least of all permanently. What you can do is delete them from your device, then they don't get updates.
