Hi,
I am wondering if anyone can recommend an app to be used for cooking assistance. I am an occupational therapist working with someone who has had a TBI. He currently has trouble meal planning, grocery shopping, and executing recipes. He is at a high risk for diabetes and it is imperative that his nutritional habits improve. I am looking for an app that is easy to follow and will allow him to select recipes, assist him with grocery shopping, and provides clear recipes to follow. I am hesitant to purchase some of the cooking apps that are out there (e.g. BigOven $19.99) without knowing if it will be useful or too overwhelming. Simplicity is best! If any one has any recommendations it would be greatly appreciated!

If you know of a supermarket chain that he shops at it might be worth checking to see if they have their own app, a lot of the UK stores have them and it might assist.
