Contacts Question

Can anyone tell me how to backup my contacts data, using ifile....I don't want to use iTunes to do a complete backup, I just want to backup my contacts data. Any ideas?

Contacts...yup another annoyance. You can go to iTunes and just do a manual synch eliminating all but contacts, however I find it won't copy any groups you may have.

I've had a devil of a time trying to choose what to keep and what to do away with, but nothing works. It just keeps it all.
