Confused by website data

Hi all,
I've found some very worrying websites on my husbands website data list. The history had been cleared, but not website data. He looks at porn, which I accept and don't have a problem with. But the list contains lots of escort sites, ones specific to the area we live. So not general escorts you might expect as a pop up advert. I found a specific site address for a local escort (her own web page) again very local to where we live.
I'm aware that some dodgy sites can appear on this list if you've accessed porn sites, but I'm struggling to believe that such a specific site would appear.
Can anyone help? Could such sites appear on website data if you've never searched for them, never clicked on them? Specific site was 42kb of usage if this is important!??
I'm worried my husband has been looking for escorts??
His iPad 2 mini is set to 'no third party' cookies.
Does this mean everything on the list has been actively looked at. Would this block the pop up, cookie, advert things?
Hope I've explained clearly enough, I'm no iPad expert!
Is there any way I can check the websites that have actually been visited if history has been deleted?
Any help much apprecited.
Thanks

Hi, welcome to iPF!

This doesn't mean that he actually looked at these sites.
Website data also shows domains associated to websites that were visited (via images, ads, cookies...).
