Changing the "From:" address in an email

I have two email accounts looked to my iPad 2 (with iOS 7) and I want to find out how to select an alternate From: address to the default one. I have tried pressing the From: address in the hope that it offers me a choice, but that merely shows me the details of the default from address.

There must be a simple way to do this, but I cannot find it. Can anyone help?

Press the "From" address for a second time, and you should get the option to choose the email addresses from a popup.
