Change store

Hi..I need some info..I need to know if its possible to download an app when I am in US and its not available in us iTunes Store but is present in india iTunes Store...
Actually I did try downloading but it asked to change the store..when I tried to change it gave an error msg saying " cannot connect to iTunes Store"..

I think you need to give it an billing address same as the region. Not sure if prepay will work.

Suppose you could try as you can always set it back to UK
