Can't find photostream

Hi, I am using the iPad 2, ver 6.1.3 and can't find photostream to enable it. When I go to settings, my photos and camera are listed together and in the right panel the Photostream item is not showing at all. Any suggestions. Thanks

You turn on Photo Stream and Photo Sharing via Settings > iCloud > Photos.

I've suddenly lost the ability to see photos taken on my iphone, appear on my ipad!
