Cannot sync pdf's from itunes on ipad2

Hi guys, i cannot sync my pdf files from itunes to my ipad2 while all the other apps and music is syncing well. Please help me out, i'm using ios 5.1.1 with ibooks3.

Yes.everything was working fine before. It started only 2 days ago.i did not update ios.

Try a restart. Press and hold the power button until the red slider appears. Slide to power off. Press and hold the power button again until the Apple logo appears, slide to unlock and try to sync again.
