Camera Roll/Photo Stream

Where have my Camera Roll and Photo Stream, gone from my Ipad4/ios8,since update?

They are in the Photos tab, and in Recently Added.

Photos - Photos will show all the images you had on your iPad before the update, as well as those that were in PhotoStream on this device. Recently Added displays photos from the last 30 days, so these are visble there, additionally to the Photos tab.

If photo stream is not listed as such, how do I get photo stream onto my tv using AppleTV?

Recently Added is about the same. Look at the pictures from PhotoStream the same way as before.

I don't use it on my Apple TV, so I don't know for sure if this works.
