Have too many questions. But for starters how can i use firefox or explorer on my new ipad3?

Hi there, while there are many different browser options for the iPad internet explorer and firefox are not one of them. You will find that for the most part safari is a great browser and can handle most of the day to day stuff you will likely be using it for. If you want a browser more similar to firefox try dolphin browser. There are some apps out there that will let you import all your bookmarks from firefox to your iPad.
