Blury pictures

All of a sudden my iPad is taking blurry pictures. Any suggestions? I think it is probably something simple but I can't figure it out.

Is there a finger print over the camera lens? Does it take a clear picture it you touch on the center of the screen to get it to focus on a subject in the window?

I cleaned the lens so it isn't that. I tried the focus thing too but it is still grainy/blurry

How's the light level. The camera's auto focus doesn't work properly at low light levels. Pictures are much grainier when taken at low light levels as well.
