Attaching CV on a website?

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone could help me?

I'm trying to attach my CV to a website,however when I hit the browse button on the website the only thing I can attach is a photo? Does anyone know how I can resolve this? The CV was created using word 2007 on my laptop, however it's broken so I'm opening it from my email account & trying to send it via iPad.

The Safari browser on the stock iPad is not designed to allow uploading documents to a web site. Sorry.

However, a number of people have had success with the browser app "iCab Mobile ($1.99, USD). You have to use the "open in" function to get the file into the iCab app, but then you can upload.

Maybe it's worth looking into?
