The iPad Air supply is expected to be plentiful as we hear reports that major Apple retail locations and resellers across the United States are receiving large quantities of the iPad Air. 9to5Mac reports that multiple large stores across the United States have received 500 to 1000 units of the iPad Air, which indicates that there isn’t going to be a shortage of iPad Air units.

It probably doesn’t seem like a big number, but it is estimated to cover only the first launch days. Oversea iPad Air resellers, especially from the first European countries that will sell the fifth-generation iPad, also confirmed that they will have a solid number of iPad Air units starting with Friday and even more to come in the next weeks.

Apple is also preparing some special discounts for the iPad Air right from the first launch day but they are only meant for enterprise customers. However, this is still a good thing, as Apple didn’t have discounts from the initial day of iPad 4’s commercial launch. Apple also allowed Walmart to sell the entry-level 16 GB Wi-Fi only version of the iPad Air for $20 less than Apple’s price.

The adequate supplies of the iPad Air means that you will be able to personally pick up your iPad Air. If you don’t have the time to do it, you can buy it online from 12:01 AM Pacific Time.

The iPad Air is thinner and much lighter than the previous version, comes with a snappy A7 and an iPad Mini-like design.

Are you going to buy the iPad Air or you are waiting for the Retina display iPad Mini launch?
