Any Live Video Streams that play nice with iPad2

I am tracking the catastrophe in Japan via live TV streams on my PC. All these streams use flash.

Anyone have any info on live TV news streams thats are not flash ? Not regular local channels ... but channels like BBC / CNN / MSNBC or NHK Japan etc.

U might find some thru the Justin tv app. It's a live steaming app with various categories n channels. I'm sure there are probably Japan streams on there.
