Amazon Thumbnails in Safari

I have had an issue for some time now with picture thumbnails not working when viewing Amazon on Safari. If I copy the web address and use another browser the thumbnails open just fine. Any ideas why this is happening?

Do you mean the thumbnails don't respond when tapping, or that they don't appear? Just curious. I only have one suggestion either way.

You can try going to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data. Search for and delete anything Amazon. You'll probably lose your saved longin info, so make sure you have your password ready.

This will help if you have any old stored data that is interfering with the site loading properly. It's rare, but it does happen.

The thumbnails are there, just tapping on them does nothing in Safari but works fine in other browsers.

I’ve deleted Amazon website data but it’s not made any difference. Also just done an OS update to the current 18.7.3

I’ve toggled this to on and they seem to be working at the moment. Could just be a coincidence though.

That should only affect the Apple Pencil, but if it works that's good. Glad you got it fixed.
