Accessibility help for ZOOM CONTROLLER

Hello.. I am helping my very low vision hubby. on his Ipad we triple tap and the zoom box comes up. It says Zoom In, Choose Region,Choose Filter, Hide Controller.
My question is>>> How do you make this BOX LARGER? He cannot see it at present size. and I know there is a way to enlarge, but how??? Please help. Thanks.

Go to Settings > General > Accessibilty > Larger Text and increase the text size. This increases the text size for most of the iOS system stuff (like text boxes), and many other apps. If you turn on the Larger Text Size switch there, you can choose even larger system text.l
