type 1 or 2 for the diabetic ..iam borderline diabetic ..so that means i watch my intake of sugar ..most of the time i have gone to sugar free products when cooking or drinking ..the only thing i can not take is the some of the sweets ..they taste bad ..but i have a couple of places i order sugar free pies and cakes through and hey are pretty good ..most of the time my sugar level staysaround 100 .but i do get a spike here and there from eating ..
