For some reason, I cannot search some of my epub books (fixed format, all generated with InDesign), either on the ipad or in the Windows Adobe Digital reader. The results are "Search completed: no matched found." Most of them are fine. I just tried regenerating a new epub, but the same problem...

This is an OLD version of the IOS. There is no such screen in IOS 13, as far as I can figure.

All the instructions I find for how to update my purchased iBooks are for older versions of the IOS. How do you do it in IOS 13? Some of the books I downloaded have updates, but there is no clear and instuitive way to get them, or at least none I can see.

When I open an Italian book, the "Screen Speak" function in the latest update (11.2.1) starts reading the text in Brazilian Portuguese. My English, French, German, and Japanese all work perfectly. Italian is one of the languages. Any ideas how to fix this?
