Yeah, digital text books make no sense. The publishers won't want them due to pirating and without them it's not happening. As others have said there are a couple out there but they are pricey.

Notebook replacement, there are tablets coming out very soon that will have a ton of features the ipad doesn't. Similar size, shape, and cost, but a crapload more to offer. There is a reason why it's getting negative publicity. It's an overpriced tablet with not much to offer.
