It has been very disappointing to me that Siri has become so slow in responding to command. I use Siri a lot to call my clients and write emails plus text, but now it is a bummer. Has anyone experience this of late? Siri issue with iPhone 5 and iPad 3. Thanks for any input on this.

You might have set up the assistive touch in the GENERAL setting. When the portrait or landscape set up is not locked, it will not stay locked. See photo for reference.
