I've found that if you hold your iPad just right when people are giving you crap about how it doesn't do anything they want to do, you can cause light to shine in their eyes and temporarily blind them long enough for you to get away.

Doesn't Handbrake convert the .avi files to .m4v rather than .mp4? I think all mine were converted to .m4v.

Crap Apps The best way to stop crap apps is with reviews. Give them bad one. I respect reviews and seldom buy an app with even one or two bad reviews. It's like feedback on eBay.

I believe if you use your company email, MS Exchange, and setup your iPad to get that email, contacts and calendar are downloaded with the email. I have my company email downloading to my iPad and I don't remember having to do anything other than setting up the Outlook Web Access.

Sync with Outlook I have Outlook at the office and have it synced with my iPhone and iPad. I didn't have to do anything other than put in the Outlook Web Access (OWA) address, Corporate domain, username and password. I get email, calendar and contacts.
